Service Coordinator – Sydney

The Role

We are seeking a proven and self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park, Sydney. You’ll work closely with our technicians and equipment, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee servicing of customer equipment and the United Equipment rental fleet through a preventative maintenance schedule
• Coordinate and support road service technicians to meet customer delivery, cost, and timing requirements
• Respond to breakdowns quickly by prioritising and rescheduling technicians as needed
• Ensure warranty repairs are completed in line with company policies and procedures
• Oversee servicing of service vehicles as part of the maintenance schedule
• Provide professional and efficient phone support to customers
• Direct and support technicians to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on time

Qualifications / Experience

• Experience working with machinery, equipment, or in construction
• Supervisory experience
• Confident using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel etc)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to solve problems effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Product knowledge (a bonus but not required)
