The Role.

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Sydney branch and support the Sales Manager and broader sales team through accurate coordination of sales administration processes. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating build requirements, tracking orders and delivery updates, and ensuring accurate reporting across sales activities. You will play a key role in supporting smooth sales operations by ensuring all information, processes, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities.

In this role you will be responsible for the following.

  • Organise for best purchasing options (Price and Efficiency) on used and new sales build.
  • Organise sub-contractors to assist with new and used sales builds when required.
  • Organise equipment/ attachment additions to new and used sales builds when required.
  • Keep sales team informed of progress or delays in workshop processes.
  • Gather all correct information from Sales BDM for specification plate requests.
  • Assist in reconciling stock takes.
  • Liaise regularly with suppliers for updates on outstanding orders.
  • Updating delivery reports and ETAs from Factory.
  • Produce and present weekly pre-delivery report on units ready for delivery at Sales Meetings.
  • Compile and complete all necessary information for completion of sales kits, covering submissions to Head Office, raising Call Numbers, Workshop Order submission, Pro Forma/Final Invoicing and PD Follow up.Qualifications and Experience.

  • Strong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approach.
  • Be able to always communicate professionally and courteously.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills).
  • Always looking for continuous improvement ideas for streamlining the process..
  • Must be highly motivated with an extremely strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail critical.
  • Set own work priorities with strong time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, can do approach.
  • Have excellent written and verbal skills.
