We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Heavy to join our team at our Sydney branch and support service operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our customers' equipment is maintained, repaired, and serviced efficiently, while delivering exceptional customer support across the business. There will be a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships across the heavy truck rental, sales, and aftermarket business, working closely with internal teams to support customer needs and drive positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting service administration activities, including repair quotations, customer communication, and coordination of service-related processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
