Business Development Manager – CAT Forklift Sales – Sydney

The Role

We are seeking a proven and self-motivated Business Developer to join our forklift sales team in Sydney. Working with one of the world’s biggest brands, Caterpillar, your experience will provide you the ability to identify opportunities and utilise your sales strengths in a fast-paced and highly competitive industry.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships both new and existing
• Conduct detailed site appraisals and tailor solutions
• Achieve and exceed sales and order targets
• Deliver value-added outcomes for clients
• Represent a leading company, delivering innovative material handling solutions across diverse industries

Qualifications / Experience

• Capital Equipment Sales experience highly regarded,
• Experience in external B2B sales and rental preferred,
• Proven lead generator who does not “wait for the phone to ring”,
• Results driven self-motivated “Closer”,
• Keen eye for detail,
• Well-developed negotiation skills,
• Strong relationship building skills,
• Experienced and highly motivated,
• Possession of strong commercial acumen.
