Business Development Manager – Access Rental – Perth

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager – Access Rentals to join our team in Perth. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, such as Caterpillar, Haulotte, and Konecranes, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and representing United’s trusted reputation across diverse industries.

If you have proven B2B sales or rental experience, a proactive approach to generating leads, and a passion for delivering tailored customer solutions, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be confident in conducting site appraisals, negotiating deals, and using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and deliver real results.

Qualifications / Experience

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have the following:

• Proven B2B sales and rental experience with a proactive approach to generating leads
• Self-motivated closer, results-driven and commercially savvy
• Strong negotiator and relationship builder with excellent attention to detail
• Creative problem solver with excellent communication and technology
• Confident in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and deliver business outcomes
