The Role
Our dedicated national team of Rental Coordinators play an important and essential role in our business.
As a Rental Coordinator – Access, you are expected to deliver consistent and high-quality rental support solutions to assist our customers every day. This office-based role will require you to coordinate a range of activities, from machine availability and transport scheduling, to liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure rental requirements are met.
You’ll enjoy the variety of the job that ensures your day is never the same. From managing on-hire and off-hire processes, to reviewing transport strategies and coordinating workshop priorities, you’ll be working across multiple tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-hire and off-hire procedure is followed in accordance with the customers' expectations
- Ensure that rental machines are available and ready for transport
- Check and authorise transport and sub hire invoices
- Maintain the rental availability report
- Ensure that the running of the transport is cost effective
- Review transport strategies to achieve the most timely and cost effective solutions
- To build client base of rental equipment through office enquiries
- To coordinate workshop priorities in conjunction with workshop supervisor to meet company and customer requirements
- Liaise with sales reps for upcoming equipment needs
- Regular stock take of hire machines
Qualifications / Experience
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have the following:
- Ability to priorities tasks and responsibilities
- Computer Literate
- Motivated and willingness to learn new skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Well-presented and organised
- Ability to communicate with all levels
- Team player with great attitude a can-do approach
