The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our National Service Centre team based at our Head Office in Perth, WA.. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, such as CAT Lift Trucks and Konecranes, you’ll play a key role in processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our service operations in a fast-paced, national environment.

If you have a strong background in mechanical, mobile equipment service, or spare parts environments and a keen eye for detail, this position could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process warranty claim documentation from branches, ensuring all supporting information is complete
  • Lodge warranty claims for CAT and Konecranes equipment
  • Reconcile warranty accounts and transactions
  • Monitor bulletins and work in progress (WIP)
  • Use internal systems and manuals to identify parts, numbers, and pricing
  • Liaise with OEMs and branches to resolve warranty claims
  • Support the service and warranty team with multi-tasking across duties

 

Qualifications / Experience

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have the following:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in a mechanical, mobile equipment service, or spare parts environment (advantageous)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • A positive, can do attitude with a focus on getting the job done
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
