The Role.

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Training Administrator to join our team at our Head Office branch and support training administration, employee inductions, records and compliance across our national business. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and good organisation. Working closely with the National Training Coordinator and Team Manager, HR Department, branches, employees and external training providers, you will play a key role in keeping training activities, records and requirements accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities.

In this role you will be responsible for the following.

  • Manage training bookings and maintain the national training calendar.
  • Schedule training sessions and send invitations to employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate training records, registers and databases.
  • Process employee enrolments and training certificates.
  • Manage customer site induction requirements, including registrations, document uploads and payments, in liaison with relevant branch administration.
  • Liaise with employees, managers, trainers, branches and external training providers to coordinate training requirements.
  • Research training providers and assist with training cost information.
  • Prepare training reports and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with online employee onboarding and inductions when required.
  • Provide general administrative support across training, safety and document control.

Qualifications and Experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Experience using databases and online systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to assist where required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence communicating with employees, managers and external providers.
  • Experience with training administration, induction portals or compliance processes will be highly regarded.
