The Role.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join our Wholesale & Sales Division at our Head Office branch. This role provides essential administrative support across our national wholesale function, assisting with importing, ordering, processing, transport coordination, reporting, and sales administration activities. Working closely with the Wholesale Team and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring sales processes run efficiently from order through to delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities.
In this role you will be responsible for the following.
- Assist in coordinating the transportation of equipment across our national branch network.
- Compile and create purchase orders for overseas factories.
- Assist with processing sales kits submitted to Head Office for approval.
- Update and maintain equipment registers within the CRM system.
- Update and maintain equipment and orders registers in Excel.
- Prepare, compile, bind, scan, file, and distribute sales documentation as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Wholesale Team across a range of sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support efficient sales operations.
- Develop a strong understanding of sales processes and systems to support future career progression.
Qualifications and Experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in sales administration, coordination, or a similar support role will be highly regarded.
