The Role:
United is on the lookout for a motivated and engaging Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive HR environment.
Based at our Head Office in Perth, you’ll play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to help drive our business forward. As a crucial part of our HR team, you’ll work closely with our national management team to ensure we bring in the best people who align with our company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full end to end recruitment (blue and white collar): identifying, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling job interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, pre-employment medicals, offers, and onboarding
- Partner with managers to understand staffing requirements and specific job objectives
- Advertise roles on job boards and social media and liaise with recruitment agencies
- Attract and secure top talent using diverse advertising platforms and creative sourcing methods and stay up to date with current recruiting methods
- Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and smooth recruitment processes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with external recruitment partners to ensure alignment with hiring needs and manage agency relationships effectively
- Attend job fairs and career events as required to promote our brand and opportunities
- Contribute to HR functions and initiatives
About You:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
- Confident managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently but still be a team player
- Professional in presentation with a proactive, can do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer based systems
