The Role

We are currently seeking an outstanding Business Development Manager to join our team in Mackay.  The successful candidate will have previous experience in the casual hire of rental equipment, product portfolio, product training will be provided to the right person who is looking for a long-term career.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities 
• Leverage existing networks and build new connections 
• Conduct in-depth site appraisals 
• Pinpoint opportunities to add value, ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes
• Manage and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships
• Represent a leading company, delivering innovative material handling solutions across diverse industries

About You:

• Proven B2B sales and rental experience, with a proactive, lead-generating mindset
• Self-motivated closer, results-driven and commercially savvy
• Strong negotiator and relationship builder with sharp attention to detail
• Creative problem-solver with excellent communication and IT skills
• Confident using CRM tools to manage pipelines and drive outcomes
