We are expanding our operations in Townsville, QLD, and are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at a brand-new Greenfield location.
About the Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for launching and managing our new Townsville branch, driving business growth, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including service, rentals, and sales
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in branch or operations management (preferably within forklifts, access equipment, material handling, or a similar industry)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial focused with the ability to drive sales and operational performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Experience in setting up or growing a Greenfield or start-up operation will be highly regarded
