We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including service, rentals, and sales
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster client relationships and identify expansion opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations

• Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in branch or operations management (preferably within forklifts, access equipment, material handling, or a similar industry)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial-focused with the ability to drive sales and operational performance
• Ability to build rapport with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results
• Experience in setting up or growing a Greenfield or start-up operation will be highly regarded
