We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including service, rentals, and sales
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster client relationships and identify expansion opportunities with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Uphold the branch's commitment to the company's core values: Urgency, Nurturing, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Dedication
- Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in branch or operations management (preferably within forklifts, access equipment, material handling, or a similar industry)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial-focused with the ability to drive sales and operational performance
- Ability to build rapport with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Experience in setting up or growing a Greenfield or start-up operation will be highly regarded
