Cat hand pallet trucks, or hand pallet jacks, have been engineered to provide long lasting strength and versatility. These light and portable pallet jacks are capable of lifting approximately 2,500kg making them an essential piece of equipment in any warehouse. The Cat hand pallet trucks are also available in a narrow model for smaller warehouses.
The cast iron one piece pump is easy for the operator and features a controlled lowering rate valve which helps to reduce product jarring. The use of a chrome-plated piston also provides a longer pump life.
The ergonomic handle design reduces fatigue and improves productivity. The handle features a neutral setting for easy manoeuvring and a return spring which returns the handle to an upright position when released.
The steel entry brackets combined with rollers offer durability and easy entry. Adjustable pushrods on reinforced C-channel forks also resist twisting under heavy loads.
The pallet jacks steer and load wheel construction features low resistant polyurethane for smooth performance and handling. The roller system also provides trouble-free pallet entry and exit.
Cat hand pallet jacks have been engineered from thick steel with outstanding finishing. The frame features temperature controlled robotic welds and powder coating which provides strength and additional protection. This quality construction extends the equipment life and reduces costs.
The service life of these Cat hand pallet jacks are extended through the eight well positioned grease fittings points. These points allow easy access for continued lubrication of critical moving parts and load points.
All Cat hand pallet trucks are covered by a six month warranty which includes parts and labour.
