We are currently seeking an experienced Reception/Office Administrator to join our team in Winnellie, Darwin. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will have a proven track record in this discipline and one that can manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering National phone line calls,
- Reception duties: Signing in, greeting customers etc,
- Petty cash/ reconciliations,
- Monthly office payroll sheet,
- Accounts Payable: Issuing invoices for approval,
- Matching receipts to invoicing,
- Filing,
- Sales kits - scan to system,
- Printer cartridge status report, changing and ordering cartridges and refilling paper,
- Monthly stationary ordering,
- Rental on/off hires.
Position Duties:
- Certificate II and III Business Administration would be an advantage,
- Ability to work with minimal supervision,
- Good written and oral communication skills,
- Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills,
- Team player and can-do approach,
- General office and Interpersonal skills,
- Attention to detail is essential,
- Data Entry Experience,
- Professional presentation and telephone manner.
