The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Reception/Office Administrator to join our Perth branch team. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will have a proven track record in this discipline and one that can manage multiple tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties: Signing in, greeting customers etc
  • Answering National phone line calls
  • Completing attendance register daily 
  • Undertake general admin duties as directed by Branch Manager 
  • Arranging the printing of new business cards 
  • Replenish stationary supplies as required 
  • Assist various departments on work activity as required 

 

Qualifications / Experience

  • Certificate II and III Business Administration would be an advantage
  • Confident and independent 
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
  • Team player and can-do approach
  • General office and Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Professional presentation and telephone manner
