We are seeking a Receptionist to join the team in our new state of the art facility in Sunshine West.

The two primary responsibilities for this role are; to be the key point of contact for customers and by greeting them for our front office reception, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries and working closely with other team members and assisting with the administration of the business. We would expect the successful candidate to have good skills with the Microsoft suit and be able to multi task.

Position Duties:

  • Member of the National Receptionist team, you will answer National incoming telephone calls in a professional & timely manner, ensuring calls are directed accurately to the correct state,
  • Provide a positive impression when welcoming customers and employees to our organisation,
  • Log entry and exit of visitors within the visitor’s booklet,
  • General office and administration duties, provide assistance as required by the Branch Manager,
  • Responsible for the petty cash and ensuring receipts account for float replacement,
  • Sort and distribute mail throughout the organisation,
  • Provide service administration support, by entering descriptions on service jobs cards in an accurate and timely manner within Great Plains.
