We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Administration to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll also appreciate working with a great team of people at our Brisbane branch who are there to support you.
The primary responsibility is to be key point of contact for customers and by greeting them for our front office reception, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries and working closely with other team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level person to commence and develop a career and be involved with an exciting industry.
This role represents first impressions on our customers when enquiring on the phone and at reception. It would be expected you are well presented, friendly and outgoing personality, possess a pleasant phone manner and have attention to detail. Training will be provided as required.
